Privacy Policy

DriveClarity is built to collect only the information needed to provide vehicle guidance and improve the report experience.

Last updated: 21 May 2026

This page is an operational privacy draft for DriveClarity. It should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being treated as final legal wording.

Information we may collect

DriveClarity may collect assessment answers, vehicle preferences, usage needs, contact details you choose to provide, report requests and technical information needed to run the website.

We do not need sensitive personal information to provide the free assessment. If a paid report or account feature is added later, any extra data collection should be explained before use.

How we use information

Information is used to generate guidance, prepare reports, respond to enquiries, improve clarity and maintain the reliability of the DriveClarity platform.

Assessment answers should be used to explain fit and ownership pressure in plain terms. They should not be used to make guaranteed financial, legal, safety or resale claims.

Storage and access

DriveClarity should keep access to customer information limited to people and systems that need it for platform operation, customer support, report preparation, security or compliance review.

Third party services

The website may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, payments or future social integrations. Credentials and API tokens must not be placed in public client code.
