Terms of Use

These terms explain how DriveClarity guidance should be used: as decision support, not as a guarantee or substitute for professional advice.

Last updated: 21 May 2026

This page is an operational terms draft for DriveClarity. It should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication as final legal wording.

General guidance only

DriveClarity provides general vehicle decision support. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, insurance advice, mechanical advice, vehicle valuation advice or guaranteed ownership outcomes.

Customer responsibility

Buyers should verify important details directly with relevant sources before making a purchase decision. This includes price, finance, insurance, safety rating, warranty, servicing, towing, charging, range, availability and any model-specific condition.

Source-labelled information

DriveClarity aims to distinguish verified information, manufacturer-supplied data, estimates and unavailable information. If a field is missing or not yet verified, it should be treated as a prompt for further checking rather than as a final fact.

No guaranteed outcomes

Vehicle ownership outcomes can change with usage, location, market conditions, fuel or electricity prices, insurance quotes, servicing needs, buyer behaviour and vehicle condition. DriveClarity guidance must not be treated as a promise of savings, suitability or resale performance.

Future paid features

If DriveClarity introduces paid reports, subscriptions, referrals, affiliate relationships or partner integrations, the relevant terms and disclosures should be made clear before a customer relies on those services.
